We invite you to join the home health community of professionals so you can build your network and advance your career. Plus, you’ll have access to important industry information and events.

AHCC members are individuals who support the association’s mission and demonstrate support by earning and/or encouraging professional credentialing, participating in or sponsoring continuous professional education and training activities for skills maintenance, and participating in advocacy activities to help increase the visibility of the integral role post-acute care plays in the care continuum.

AHCC member-only benefits include:

  • Education and Training opportunities and resources that support members’ professional development, while earning continuing education units (CEUs) required for credential maintenance (AHCC offers a number of free educational activities, as well as fee-based programs offering member-only discounts.)
  • Professional Credentials. Through its’ credentialing arm, the Board of Medical Specialty Coding & Compliance (BMSC), sets and measures the standards of professional excellence.
  • Community Building. Members can communicate with one another via listserv. They also have the opportunity to network with other industry professionals at live events, such as DecisionHealth conferences, state and national association meetings, and AHCC/BMSC-approved training events.
  • News and Analysis. The AHCC staff keeps members apprised of news that impacts post-acute care providers through its monthly AHCC Insider eZine. Plus, you’ll receive breaking news via email, along with reliable sources of information and guidance.
